Refund policy

MERCHANDISE, GEAR, AND APPAREL REFUNDS:

Refunds or exchanges on merchandise, gear, and apparel offered within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original unopened packaging (if applicable). 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. 

In most refunds or exchanges the customer provides return shipping, however in some instances VBC will provide return shipping.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at customerservice@vabookco.com

EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance items
  • Books
  • Used calculators
  • Opened workbooks and other course materials
  • Drop ship items, items listed as “Online Only”
  • Open items
  • Items without their tags
  • Worn or used items

No refunds, exchanges, or store credit issued for these items
