This print features Richmond, Virginia's staple coffee shops and was drawn with pencil, painted with watercolor, then drawn again with fountain pen. The print features some of the most distinguished, timeless and underrated restaurants of Richmond. This print includes Riverbend, Crossroads, Sugar + Twine, Alchemy, Blanchard's, Rostov's, Whisk, Stir Crazy, Chairlift, Blackhand, Ironclad, Sefton, Pomona, Greenbriar, Lamplighter and Lift. This print has about a 1" border of white which leaves it perfect for framing. It is printed on matte, poster-grade paper. I was inspired to create this as the fifth in a series of illustrations during the spread of Covid-19. Richmond, VA is a city of restaurant culture and a community of unique small businesses. As these restaurants have all been affected by the pandemic, I wanted to pay homage to their humbleness and their stories.
